A ruggedly constructed medium to long throw follow spot, the Comet produces a narrow, hard or soft edged beam which zooms from 2.3 degrees to 12.2 degrees. With top mounted iris, shutter, and dimmer control handles, this easy to use follow spot is designed to use the unique high performance 360 watt FLE and ENX lamps. The Comet can be used in any application where manual control of a lighting beam is required to follow a performer and to vary beam size, quality and color.

Altman Luminator 360 watt followspot
Altman Luminator A ruggedly constructed short to medium throw follow spot, the Luminator™ produces a narrow hard or soft edged beam which zooms from 1.3 degrees to 9.3 degrees. With top mounted iris, color boom, and dimmer control handles, this easy to use follow spot is designed to utilize the unique high performance FLE, ENX and FXL quartz halogen lamps. The Luminator™ can be used in any application where manual control of a lighting beam is required to follow a performer and to vary beam size, quality and color.

The Luminator Follow Spot may be ordered with a compact, collapsible stand in place of the standard castered stand. This professional stand features a wide, tri-leg, no rock folding base, sure-grip feet, and a telescoping support column. It is constructed of rugged, lightweight materials and weighs approximately 10 lbs.

LYCIAN 1209 Midget High Performance Follow Spot
Lycian 1209 The LYCIAN Model 1209 Midget HP Follow spot is designed to accept only a 575 watt HMI type metal halide lamp. The field diameter of the beam is continuously variable from spot to flood by an internal heavy duty nichrome steel iris. This fixture has a spread lens system to increase the width of the projected spot in the horizontal plane. A five color boomerang plus dowser is included, as well as externally controlled, horizontal, stainless steel trim shutters. Lamp access is accomplished via a rear lamp drawer. The lamp is fitted with a double actuated safety switch to prevent lamp operation with the lamp house open. This unit contains optical grade lenses and is cooled by two fans to ensure proper operating temperature.

Lycian 1275 The LYCIAN Model 1275 SuperStar 1.2K Follow Spot is designed for a 1200-HB metal halide lamp, though a 1200 HMI lamp can be substituted with reduced output. This unit employs a single lever variable focus optical system using a galvanized steel cable linkage and uses only optical grade white water plate glass lenses. The gate assembly consists of a nichrome steel heavy duty iris, paired stainless steel trim shutters, gobo slot, and a heavy duty fading shutter. A six color automatic self-canceling color boomerang is provided. As a safety feature, removal of the lamp house top or loss of power renders the spotlight in the "off" mode. Replacement of the top or reinstating the power will not unexpectedly relight the lamp. This fixture also includes a silver glass reflector and an elapsed time meter.
